Mac Charger Not Working All Of A Sudden. I connect my phone to itunes but it says the iphone could not be activated because the activation information could not be obtained from the device. Internal wire or cord couldve gone loose.
Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Internal wire or cord couldve gone loose. I have the same problem.
It worked fine when I bought it about a year ago.
However if a restore did not work it would mean that a software glitch is not the cause. 2 Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds then dont release the button plug the power cable back into. It stops in the manual settingalready do the hard reset but still not working. Turn your device off and back on by clicking the Apple logo on the corner of the screen and then Restart.
