Car Battery Dies After Sitting A Few Days. Replaced the battery a few times. Its a 2000 chevy blazer it has 99k miles i just bought it from a private seller.
Locate the battery in the trunk or in the engine compartment. In the last several years I had the battery replaced four times. We have a 2015 Ford Edge with 14000 miles purchased new in January 2016.
They claim that this is normal for this car and that it needs to be driven on a regular basis to keep it charged up.
Not sure if its a common issue and waiting for AAA to jump start to see if the dash light problem. Cost me around 1500. A dead battery after a few days has been a problem on several makes of car not just my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. My battery seems to want to die in 3 days requiring me to charge it up again until then.
